In reply to someone´s "remeber visa is a privilage not a right."
I want to tell you this is not true. It´s a privilage when we don´t pay for application, meds and landing. It´s not a right when we don´t wait for long and asked everytime for updated docs ...
It´s a provilage when it´s a lottery.
And remember to privilge the right persons and be fair.

I disagre with you.
You have the right to be a citizen if you are born in a country. You have the privilege to apply for PR(granted by the government of canada). Because you are not canadian you don´t have any rights under canadian law except those that they are granting at any given time.
You Don´t have a right to become a PR but you do have the right to apply for a PR. And they have the right to take as long as they want with it. The visa officer also has the right to reject it on any grounds she/he sees fit. They also have the right to request anything they want becasue you want the privelege of living in Canada.
But at NO paint do you have a right to a PR!
I get tired of people complaining about the cost of application. Your application fee only covers 23hours of working time for an immigration officer(@$20/hr) your case will cost much more than that in man hours and sequrity /background checks, international post bags and a 1000 other small costs.
I can see bitching about the ROLF but even then it´s not that much, check into other country´s immigration costs!

This is a public forum and there is never a need to swear it just makes you look stupid.
LOL, my low class home is the same one your applying to get into. I´ve lived in many countries, and experienced all sorts of racisim. The racisim is usually from people like yourself that think the world owes them something. It´s just to bad that canada doesn´t do personality screening as well...... There are alot of people that deserve to get into canada, but in my opinion your attitude tells me you aren´t one of them.
This board is full of people posting useful comments and advice, but all your doing is degrading it. If your not going to contribute maybe you should move on.

First let me appologize for my rudeness. but it´s your words started by saying it´s not right,what you pay is nothing, out time is wasted to get a privilige, and then you said it´s privilige to be refused? Do you think you are defending a system which likes you that let u come easily?
