Freinds,
I´m residing in UAE and planning to apply for PR.Could any one help me about the time line from Uk for PR as a SW.
According to the UK website time line is 3 years.
IS PR process taking exact 3 years or more?
Please share the experience if any one has applied from UK.

more, and as more and more applications are pumped to CHC London I personally believe if you apply now you will get it after 4-5 years, unless something changed.

Initially I too thought the process will be completed in time as they say, but they are dragging the process step by step asking many things to do... I applied in dec 2003 and this month i got interview notice. which may happen in 6 months...
so submit your application and wait wait wait......

I applied in Sep. 2003, got interview waived last December. Did medical exam in this january. Still waiting.....
Paris and Berlin may be faster.
