| Subject: Police Clearance Certificate along with appn? |
Hi experts
I am an Indian national and work in US. I want to apply for Canada PR. Should I need to send the Police Certificate Clearance (PCC) from USA, India along with the application.
Please advise.

Yes, That would be a good thing to do. You never know CIC may return your application without PCCs.
I feel it helps to have all the required docs with the application itself rather than waiting for them to ask.

Doesn´t the US PCC expire after 6 months though?

When we submitted ours we included PCC from home country as well as PCC (state only) here in the US...I read that some even submitted FBI right away.
