ok guys, everyone here is rightfully concerned with the immigration process since you have to take everything one step at a time.. but assuming everything works out with that, what next for you guys?? what are your plans after landing?? how do you plan to handle the inevitable and infamous "catch 22", canadian exp/education factor?? what will be your strategy for the first couple of months??

(in reply to: planning ahead) For me, I will land, then return to the USA while my wife and I transfer our state lisences to Provincial ones, then begin looking for employment and housing. Probably after one of us secures a position, then we´ll do the big definitive move. Both of our careers will probably enable easy employment (education and social work) after all of the red tape is finalized. The biggest concern is how to sell this move to our kids.
