If I go to Canada on a Tourist VISA .... and is able to find employment there ... can I change my VISA from Tourist to Working like in the U.S.??
If yes, ... While on a working VISA can apply as Skilled worker Immigrant while in-canada?
If no .. While on a tourist VISA can apply as Skilled worker immigrant while in-canada?

In order to get a work permit , your employer needs a job validation issued by HRDC in Canada , once your employer got it , you may apply for a work permit OUTSIDE of Canada.
You may send your application to Buffalo NY while you are in Canada but in order to get the work visa you must leave Canada and re-enter under the new status.

hi,i got a working visa here in riyadh embassy and just wanna if it is safe for me to travel this coming january 29,2010.the expiration of my working visa will be on april 26,2010.
i hope you could provide me an information regarding this matter.
