It has been one and half months sice my medicals reached Ottawa.
1) Is there any chance that even if my DMP says I have passed the medicals, it doesn´t mean I will pass the medicals in Ottawa (or Buffalo)?
2) If Ottawa (or Buffalo) asks me to give medicals again, will the same DMP do it free of charge or I have to pay?

Medicals are valid for one year , if your medicals expire and CIC asks you to get done again , you have to pay , nothing in this process is free of charge.

Hi Andy, my DMP said that I passed the medicals. But I am not sure if my DMP says I passed the exam, it doesn´t mean at Ottawa (or Buffalo) I will pass automatically? Please confirm.

Hello Jon,
It´s ben over three and a half months since my medicals was recevied in Ottawa. Two weeks ago,it was reflected on my e-client. I think your situation is normal. You just have to take easy for now.
Regarding your other query, I do not have any clue. In fact, I am also interested in a feedback.

hey Dennis, I think I didn´t put my first question properly.
If my DMP tells that I passed the medicals, does that mean I passed over all or there are some chances Ottawa (or Buffalo) have the rights to fail (over rule DMP)???

Ottawa actually reviews the medical reports submitted by DMP. If your DMP gives you a good news then most likey you will get a good news from Ottawa as well. Asking about their rights to reject the reports of DMP: Medical reports are not something that are accepted or rejected, medical reports are your physical conditions and there must be a criteria set to determine the admisibility based upon the reports submitted by your DMP. So dont worry if your DMP gave u a good news. Thanks
