please I need some advices thanks
I got my Landing paper 2 years before in Feb2003 from Islamabad .expiring of Visa was in July 3003. before arriving Canada I got married. I made a big mistake I did not tell to CHC islamabad nor at my arrival in Montreal about my marriage. then After 3 monthes I filed an sponsorship application for my husband.
CIC refused to give Visa to my husband. .they said I had to tell CHC or at the port of entry about the marriage. I appealed . I wrote tomany letter to CIC. even 1 hired a lawyer. later CIC ordered me if I dont withdraw this case within 30 days they will cancel my immigration also then I have to go back to pakistan and apply again with my husband. . .then I withdraw this application. . So I still have my immigration. . but please somebody help me. how can I sponsor him .

you can´t. it is the same as our friend who sends in false documents. You broke Canadian Immigration LAW. The only thing you can do is what you have been advised. Either live in Canada without your partner, or give up your PR... go home and apply again as a married couple.
Nobody is going to change the law because you did not want to follow it! Sorry if this sounds harsh but the law is the law.

How can you not inform such a major even or such a big event like a marriage to the Canadian immigration authorities when you land in Canada. How can you forget this? unbelievable. Is this something to forget? Even a common man on the street will say there is something wrong in this or its not like normal. Why would you want to hide your marriage details or conveniently forget to tell Canadian port immigration? Dont you think these things will make them think you´re acting suspiciously or that you´ve broken the law. Maybe you really forgot :-) who knows if u failed to tell them was real absence of mind or intentional, so I guess there is nothing you can do about it but go back home and forget the current PR like u forgot ur husband and apply all over again with your forgotten hubby or stay in Canada and really forget your hubby :-)

you can divorce in pakistan, and after get married again making sure that after the second marriage will inform CIC of the change. nobody can stop you from divorcing and getting married again. once you let them know, apply for sponsorship.

thanks every 1 for their comments.I know many people in this forum have enough knowledge of immigration laws. just only I want to know that if I make a divorce and remarraige with the same person again. so that will acceptable or not . please what the law says. thanks

This scenario of divorcing and re-marrying can only complicate things, unless you can then insist that you never were married prior to re-marrying! I think you have to hire a competent attorney and present the case in a more acceptable manner. In your case, it is a matter of convincing the court you REALLY forgot about the marriage! Once you succeed in bringing your hubbie, make sure you sit for awhile and write a nice story. As many already suggested, it is a little bit odd that you forgot! Usually, it is the men who conveniently forget about their wife, particularly if a delicious chick is on the menu! LMAO
