| Subject: WP extension and visa stamping while in Canada ? |

Hi,
I am in Canada for a year now and.My visa/WP is expiring in next couple of days.
I hope to get the new work-permit in next couple of days as it´already been more than a month since I have applied for it.and officially it takes only a month to get the WP extension.
Now Can I get my Visa stamped as well in Canada itself or I can be done in my home country(india) only?
If it´s not possible while in Canada, can I go to US and get my visa stamped at any consulate in US?
Please clarify.

As far as I know, you cannot get your visa stamped inside Canada. But you can do it from any where outside Canada, for example, Buffalo, US.
