  Hello Everybody:

I applied in Oct 04 for PR here is my story, I am a proffesional who came in 1999e to study in canada then applied for the first time to PR in April 2000 my application was turned down cause lack of experience in June 2000, the refusal letter said If i wanted to apply again,I could but I had to demonstrate experience, in 2001 I went to College and graduated in 2004, after graduating for a post graduate course and having more than 20 months experience in canada I reapply for PR here is the timeline

APP OCT 6 04
Received in Buffalo OCT 8 04
Returned to me in OCT 13 ( i was missing some info)
received in OCT 26
REsend in OCT 27
Received in Buffalo OCT 28
AOR FEB 16 05

I had to fax Buffalo recently to Change my Address and now my new Address shows on E-client, which means they got my fax and work on my file to update the info, I wonder when they will send IA.

Anybody with a similar experience? Do you want to share it with us?
I appreciate your answers to this tread.

Thanks and have a wonderful Canada Day Weekend

You got AOR in month of Feb 16 2005 add minimum 7 months for IA + 1-2 month for medical and documents + 2 month BC check = 11-12 months VISA This is minimum period they will take and ....Maximum time they can take ...I´m sorry I do not know ....even God does not know when .....

check yogi799.com to find time lines

I have the same timeline. Applied mid-October 2004 and got AOR mid-Feb 2005. People with Jan. 2005 AOR are getting IA these days. So I´d say we´ll be getting IA in July/August. Just hang in there.

Hey OCT 04 applicant story and spec can you both please email me at vwphaeton@rediffmail.com, I have exactly the same timelines as you have..applied in October 2004 22nd and then got AOR on Feb 12 th 2005. So it will be really good if we keep in touch directly thru email so even if one of us gets an IA we can email each other and let each other know..so that even in future until we get PR we can keep in touch..as this will help us a lot..to know the timelines and CIC´s unpredictable behavior..please email me..

to check your address you just go to the CIC web page and click on Online services, then click on E-client, then enter your personal info, then you will see your data and your status. E-client is B.S as most of the time says your application is in Process but they do not give you further details.
