Hi all, I am a Skill Worker Category/In-Canada applicant. I am waiting for passport request from Buffalo, New York where my application is processed. Once I get the passport request from Buffalo, can I go in person to other locations (say for example, Los Angeles or Detroit Canadian High Commissions in US) for Stamping/PR Visa or I must go in person to Buffalo only? Appreciate your reply. Thanks.

You have to to to the CIC post where your file is being processed.
You cannot go to any other place. As an alternative you can send the passport by mail to Buffalo and you will get the PP back in 15 days.
