Hi All,
When it comes to taking IELTS. Is it only the primary applicant that is required to take the English proficiency test, or is the spouse also required. I have not been asked to yet, but just preparing incase of incasity :). Afterall, the spouse´s english ability is not calculated in the points, or is it?
Thanks

(in reply to: Please advice) I asked the same question some time ago. It is not, but there are many reasons concerning your future life for your spouse starting to improve her english in case it does not meet your needs in canada.

(in reply to: Please advice) No your spouse does not have to appear in IELTS. You can only get points (Max. 5) for his/her education.
