| Subject: Where should i apply my PR application to? |

I´m from Hong Kong, however i have spent the last 7-8 years in Canada (3 years in highschool, 4 years in university and 1 year work) since the age of 17. As i see the process time in Hong Kong is faster than in Buffalo recently, i wonder if i should submit my skilled worker application to Hong Kong or Buffalo as i completed most of the things in Canada? Which do you think is better off for me?

You are right dude. Apply from HK as Buffalo has no end to the endless wait on cases. However if asked for interview you may have to goto HK.

In most cases if you have been living in Canada for a long time then they wont ask you for a interview...
but you will have to go for visa stamping to Hong Kong...
SO be ready for atleast one trip there...
On the contrary... if you are going to be in Canada i suggest you apply to buffalo. Although the wait is a bit longer it will be easy to communicate and track the correspondence from buffalo then HK.
