Those who successfully extracted a response out of buffalo in writing, could you please share your magic letters or offer some tips in wording this inquiry letter? My Medical was done in Aug 2004 and DOC submitted in September. Since then my case has stayed inactive. It´s been over 9 months since the medical exam. I sent them a fax in March. No response. I am now praying that they don´t make me go through a second MED.

Not in my case. I sent buffalo a fax back in March. Nothing came back. By the way, do you know in what month they started the background check process on you? I am very sorry about your case. We are pretty much in the same boat. If like you said they start the background check after the medical, then this is already my nineth month into the background check (if i indeed was selected to be checked). What an ordeal!

my wife had applied for my visa (spouse imigration) from canada. as i m living in pakistan .... i had submitted my all documents to them in pakitani consulate. but still did not get any response from them.. what should i do?
should i be submitting an inquiry email or approach any consultant or lawyer from pakistan..
plz do inform me... i m really worried about that
