Finally,
I got my PP back today from Buffalo CIC, SW category with the Immigrant Visa Stamped inside PP and the landing Papers. It took exactly 7 business days + mail time to get the PP back.
I have another posting here put in about 10 days back about all my experiences + some tips for US applicants.
The process was not without its frustrations, but I suppose All´s Well That Ends Well.
From my favorite movie Shwashank Redemption, "Remember, Hope Is A Good Thing, Maybe The Best Of Things, And No Good Thing Ever Dies".
