Subject: Coop permit not received after 4 and a half months
  Dear Sir,

I have applied for my coop permit for my 4 semester but i have not received any reply from the cic and when i call customer service they say that your application is approved but just printing is pending. Please advice on this as i am hearing this from last 2 months and my coop term has already started.
