Hi, I have plan to withdraw all my retirement fund from singapore and bring into Canada in 2015. My landing date in canada is June 2003. Is this amount taxable in canada?

You need to check, whether Canada has a tax treaty with Singapore. If it has, you don´t need to pay any taxes. But, if not, CRA will suck even your last drop of your hard earned money.
