Sorry Roy,It´s really shameful,but please advise!
Refugee rejected,got h&c fist stage approved,but caught theft under 5000
Seems the charge will be dropped(first time)
But since it s been fingerprinted,am I going to be deported by cbsa´if they know,
Or my application will be rejected at the end,?
Please..Roy,,please tell me what´s going to happen

As long as your charge is dropped and you have a court decision proving that, it should not reflect on your immigration matter.

The advice Hishge gave you is correct. If convicted try to obtain a conditional discharge.
