A required document in the CSQ application is proof for the legality of work experience which is social security or income tax documents.
my issue is that, the company that i work for, is not based in my country, therefore, according to my country´s laws, I am exempted from income tax and the same can be said about social security.
So i am thinking of writing a letter explaining that and sending it with the application. Is this the right move? or will I have issues with the application later on ?
Thanks

Immigration Consultant (in reply to: legality of work experience) we achieved the Visa applied for in a very short period of time and with no extra hassle. When an unexpected hitch arose, with external agencies

Work experience (in reply to: legality of work experience) If you cannot provide the required documents, submitting an explanation letter would be in option I think. If you can get a hold of the piece of legislation in your country that confirms you are tax exempt to support your declaration, I think it could help.
