Subject: legality of work experience
A required document in the CSQ application is proof for the legality of work experience which is social security or income tax documents.

my issue is that, the company that i work for, is not based in my country, therefore, according to my country´s laws, I am exempted from income tax and the same can be said about social security.

So i am thinking of writing a letter explaining that and sending it with the application. Is this the right move? or will I have issues with the application later on ?

Thanks

we achieved the Visa applied for in a very short period of time and with no extra hassle. When an unexpected hitch arose, with external agencies

If you cannot provide the required documents, submitting an explanation letter would be in option I think. If you can get a hold of the piece of legislation in your country that confirms you are tax exempt to support your declaration, I think it could help.
