Hi
I wanted to know about privacy act. If my friend is forced to sponsor inlaws on visit visa can she email or fax the indian embassy not to issue visa due to few reasons may be inlaws are abuser or may be they bother. Will gmcs notes show the reason or explanation for refusal or even the name?

Yes - the GMCS notes will show that one of the sponsors withdrew his/her support and the application was therefore refused.
