Hello I am a PR holder in Canada,entered as a single applicant.Went back to my home country(Nepal) from mid Jan to April 2013 for my wedding,where and how should my inform about my marital status change from single to married.

Whoops hit the wrong button.
You do not have to inform anyone that you got married. If you wish to sponsor your new spouse by all means do so. Make sure you prove your marriage is genuine, it is your obligation.
