Hi,
May I request an insight for the following situation? I was asked by the immigration office to provide proof of funds which are completely available, readily transferable and unencumbered by debt or any other obligations. Now I have enough amount for a family of three in my account with a bank but I also have a car loan with the same bank. Is my money still considered as unencumbered in this case? The collateral in my loan is the vehicle. Sorry if this is a silly question. I´m just confused. Thanks for any help.
