I have an approved petition with two ( 2 ) dependents ages 23 and 24 my canadian son sponsored us, all papers done in manila our status are in Final Decision I´m here in california expired US Visa for almost 19 yrs with approved I-30 petition for 12 yrs now
( brother to sister ) my concern is my 23 yrs old Son is inadmissible bcos of his medical problem. What will happen to my petition and my other son´s petition can we still go to Canada? I´m a widow and praying to get to Canada to have a better life for my family.please advice me what to do.Thank you and God bless.

Inadmissible Dependent (in reply to: Inadmissible Dependent) Thank you for your advice. I recieved a letter from CIC last Dec 2012 they are asking regarding my 23 yrs old son regarding med bills in canada the problem is my sons illness is serious so I ask them to cancel his petition, and CIC did not mentioned about me and my 24 yr old son our petition is in Final Decision will I wait for their next letter or shall i write them that I will be dropping my 24 yr old son as well. Thanks
