my husband is in H&C and he also did is PRRA, im rejected refugee claimant last month and i already applied for re-apply. as what my lawyer said i cannot apply for H&C for 12 months according to the new rules. can i join my name is my husbands H&C file as both our case is same but diffrent status. please reply. thanks in advance

If you were married at the time or after your husband applied for H&C that fact should of been included in his H&C application so your included as a dependent.
