Subject: Parents sponsership application refused |

We sponsered our parents back in 2007 and now they sent us a letter that we do not meet the minimum income requirement, even though our income was enough, the problem is they didn´t consider the co-signor´s income becuase she was receiving ACSD(assistence for childrens with sever disability)benefits. We have tried hard to convince them that these benefits were for our disable child and its not an income for us, but they still are not considering the co-signor´s income is a valid income.
Any luck if we go appeal this decision?
Did anyone else face this issue?

(in reply to: Parents sponsership application refused) The best way if you have any additional income NOT declared is to declare same. $700.00 for every 10K

(in reply to: Parents sponsership application refused) Why not send your parents some money every month so they can live in better comfort in their native country than bring them over and burden this system?
