Recently married in Canada to a foreign national who remains here legally 5 years on unskilled worker permits....her dependant children remain in Thailand....do I fill out in Canada PR application for her, out of Canada application for the kids to 2 different processing offices(Mississauga and Vegreville)?.
Seeking the fastest way to unite us all without sending her back and submit one out of Canada PR application, which appears fastest route....some suggest bring the kids here on study visa for elementary school, then submit in Canada application and extend study visas until decisions met re PR...any help very much appreciated
