I am sure you have answered this many times, so i apologize in advance but I haven´t completely been able to solve my questions.
I am a Canadian Citizen
The man I am marrying is an American Citizen
We plan to marry and live in Canada
i am a student in Canada and he hopes to be living in Canada on a student visa to go to the same school as me a semester before the wedding, and then continue living and going to school in canada after the wedding and while papers are being processed for permanent residency.
We don´t believe obtaining a student visa will be a problem
We understand he has the option of applying for Outland or Inland spousal app. From what i have read the outland takes less time, so he could travel back to the states after we are married in canada and apply for the outland spousal app there, and then return to canada on his student visa while the app is being processed. We understand that there are certain interviews he may have to attend in the USA and will fly back for those.
Is this all correct? Would I as a newly wed have any issue accompanying him back to the states for those interviews?
Any other helpful information?

Make sure you get that student visa before you get married or send in any sponsorship applications.
Technically, he is a visitor in Canada - therefore,you are still eligible to apply Outland but he will need an address in the US (not a post office box) that is his technical address when he is not studying.
there is a forum called Road to Canada that has a huge group of US/Canadian sponsorship applicants that compare notes. Might be worth a look.
