Subject: Timeline for Sposal Visa. Pls share your experince |

Hello Everyone,
I have two questions:
1. After the application for a spousal visa clears Canada and goes to India, is it actually taking the full/nearly 6 months for approval.
2. When the spouse´s passport is requested for in India, how long does it usually take after that for the approval/return of passport?
I understand that each situation can be unique, but just trying to get a general idea from your experiences
Your help would be greatly appreciated !!
Thank you for your time and have a happy new year
Regards,
Amit

(in reply to: Timeline for Sposal Visa. Pls share your experince) your most accurate feedback comes from the CIC website - under processing times. They list them by embassy.
