Hi,\
My father has a visitor visa single Entry from Iran valid for 6 months. We want to go for a vacation (1 week) to Domenica or Cuba. Can he come back to Canada with a single enrty visa after the vacation? Must he apply for a multiple entry visa ? How should we do that? and how long it takes?

A single entry visa is not going to cut it.
He has to apply for a multiple entry visa from the same place he applied for the single entry visa.
