Hi, I have submitted the application for parents sponsorship. I am a self-employer. When I sent out the application, I only sent the Option C printout. But now when I review the checklist, I find that I might also need to provide the Statement of Business Activities. I wonder is this statement mandatory for Self-employer?

Yes, I submitted in 2009.
