Have been saying this for quite some time. For those who think these 2 countries don´t share information relevant to immigration, think again.

It has been that way for many years. CBP and CBSA have been sharing the police data base for many years. There are other countries that are now participating in the same program with CBP and CBSA as well.

They are sharing Tax data between IRS and CRA as well.

Big brother!

Try calling 1-888-242-2100 and getting any information though. Not likely.

The thing I´m not sure about is if CIC and USCIS(DHS) share immigration status/history information. I assume so, given that everything else is being shared. Maybe DocD has an inkling.

The United States of America asked full information on Canada´s immigration information.

Canada said no.

My pardon was granted on DUI.

Is that DUI record still in the national Canadian Police Information Centre (CPIC) database?
