When you will fill-up your information select that you require sponsorship.
The employers who are living to sposor in order to have a live-in caregiver will be able to e-mail you.

The website mentioned is for the people who are qualified to work as a caregiver.
In the FAQ page from the website you will see the condtion which you have to meet in order to imigrate as caregiver.

Don´t dare to come as a caregiver. There are horrid stories in the canadian newspapers of how poorly caregivers are treated by their employers.
Employers will treat you like a slave.
