I am witnessing multiculturalism at it best today. We are 4 hours away from game 7 of the Stanley Cup playoffs and Vancouver is collectively going nuts. New Canadians, old Canadians, those who never understood hockey before they landed here are filling the streets to cheer for ´OUR´ home team.
This week I learned about CBC having a play by play in Punjabi - how fun is that!
Roy... Richard... do you think you can bring yourselves to support the Canucks for 4 hours? We could use some extra support.
Go Canucks Go!

(in reply to: Lord Stanley) I tried, Sharon, but it didn´t help. Maybe a Blackhawks loyalist just couldn´t bring the right vibes to bear. Sorry about the loss, but Vancouver should be proud of itself for getting this close with such enthusiasm, dedication, and superb playing skills.
