My Parents got visit visa and wants to do refugee case in canada. At the time of appling visa I attach the affidavit of support. Does it effect asylum case and can they get the welfare?

Why don´t you just sponsor your parents?
I helped them obtain visitor visas.
I swore that I´d financially support them while they are here in Canada for 6 months.
Helping them make refugee claims and go on welfare?
No, I wouldn´t. I´d be sorry for working poor Canadians.
My conscience objects it!
Go on if they face the risk of persecution as defined in the Geneva Convention, the risk of torture, the risk to the applicant´s life, and the risk that the applicant may be subjected to cruel and unusual treatment or punishment in their home country.

To sponsor parents take about 5years. I don´t wanna take a risk.They have already visit visa. They belongs to minority. Their is risk of life in homeland. But my concern is if they come in Canada and they go for asylum the affidavit of support for visit visa create any problem for welfare?

Welfare? That is not going to fly. You figure that it is better to apply for a refugee status within Canada that sponsoring your parents from abroad.
Just based on that thought alone, your chances of success are pretty low.
