I need help or at least reassurance. I´m not a stupid guy but i feel so stupid now because I think I may have sent documents to the wrong place. Here´s my situation and I really hope somebody will be kind enough to reassure me or tell me what to do.
I am a Canadian citizen and I was working last year as a teacher in Jakarta where I got married. Just before I left Jakarta to return to Canada, I completed a sponsorship application for my wife and sent it to CPC in Mississauga (out of country application). But in hindsight I recall now that her medical xray and examination results were sent by the medical clinic to the immigration office in Singapore. Were those documents supposed to go to Mississauga as well? The clinic insisted they were to go to Singapore. Please advise me on that.
The other thing is ... I paid the sponsorship fee online and when the approval came through, I printed the internet receipt and submitted that with the application. Just today I was browsing my email and came upon a pdf file receipt. I don´t think I filled that one out and sent it and now I think I sent the wrong receipt.
Oh my god, I´m so stressed out. I have made mistakes and am separated from my wife. I know many of you here are too and I am not implying I´m alone in this ... but I feel very alone and worse, my wife is very depressed so please go easy on me if I´ve made stupid mistakes and please help me to correct them.
I will call CIC but anything you folks can offer would be great.

First... take a very deep breath. Mississauga is the correct place. That is where YOU are approved. Then everything goes to Singapore to approve your wife.
exhale now.
If they want a different receipt, they will tell you.
For what it´s worth, the route you have taken is the quickest way to go about this. All is well.
Tell your wife this will make a good story for your grandkids.

Canada in-land application centre is Vegrevill, Alberta
And Canada in-inland medical office is CIC Medical services Branch in Ottawa.
Processing office, medical office and landing office are all known to differ from region to region.
So no need to worry on that.

A receipt?

Elinor Caplan (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, Lib.): Mr. Speaker, while I do not speak to individual cases I do read the newspaper and I can assure the member and all members of the House that no one gets deported over a $50 administrative error, not while I am Minister of Citizenship and Immigration.

Thanks so much everyone, I am feeling better about this. I even called canada immigration about the receipt and they said they can use the one I sent printed from internet. So far things are going okay then and I appreciate your comments.

Hi,
anybody know how I can tracking my medical test result? me and my family had interview in Canadian embassy in Damascus, currently I am studying in Malaysia and they sent me,my medical forms which completed by a clinic here in Malaysia.but unexpected, when I asked the clinic to where they sent the result, they gave me SINGAPORE?!?! I don know why? as I know the medical result must be send to the origin office which sent the forms at first and also where the interview has done. does anybody knows is that a right place to take my result or not?!
