Hi there,
Could anyone on here help me please. I have a four year old Daughter who is a Canadian. Me and my family would love to live in Canada but havent any skills to emigrate unfortunately. Obviously my Daugher cannot sponsor us but if we went to Canada could we apply on H and C grounds to stay with her being a Canadian and being to young to sponsor us but with her legally allowed to stay?..Does anyone have any ideas?..Many Thanks for any replies..Regards..Jimmy

(in reply to: Humanitarian and Compassionate Grounds) There are many H & C applications that failed at
http://decisions.fct-cf.gc.ca/en/index.html
Please take a look at the cases to have an idea what your chance might be.

If your a Cook your on the list of Ministerial Instructions.
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/apply-who-instructions.asp#list
If not and you have a trade seek out an employer willing to assist you and support your Immigration to Canada. AEO
What Unusual or Undeserved Hardship is it to have a Canadian child????? Based on just having a Canadian child it will get you five additional points but will help little if any for an H&C factor.
