hello
i was born and raised in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada). I´ve been in a long term relationship with a very amazing boy who lives in Briton for five years. we want to be together get engaged and start a family, we are very much in love.
i have a Canadian passport, birth certificate and citizenship
he has a British passport, and birth certificate
so this is my question
can i sponsor him to Canada get engaged then marry after i´m done my schooling?
if not, what are our other options?
also i thought that people with British passports can live anywhere.. maybe i´m wrong
he´s thinking of working or going to school is that a problem?

you best start reading www.cic.gc.ca
you must be living common law (with proof) for at least 1 year or be married to sponsor.
He cannot work until he has a permit. He will have to get a study permit as well - tuition is stupid expensive for foreign students.
