Hi
I am 60 years old retired army officer from India. My parent (Father´s age 91 yrs, mother´s age 87 years) are citizen of Canada and one of my brother is a Canadian citizen.
I would like to come to Canada for my parents, they cant live with my brother who is a citizen due to family disputes. I would like to come and take care of them. What type of application should I be filing? What do my parents have to do from Canada? Can anybody suggest any consultant in Canada who can take care of my parent´s papers to sponsor me as a care taker?

The best way for you is to get a visitor visa. No matter in which category you apply for PR of canada, it will be taking at least 1+ years and from the information you provided, it is unlikely for you to get the PR. Once here in canada on visitor visa, you can apply for extension for your visa for another 6 months.
