A child, a Canadian citizen by birth, thanks to his mother who gave a birth while she was in Canada on a temporary base and went back to the country of origin with his mother can by theory sponsor his parents, spouse or children (his children are Canadian citizens even born oversea.)
When the child turns 19 years of age in 2025 and meets all the
requirements, he returns to Canada. His parents shall be landed in
