Hello, My question is:- is it possible to re-appeal for visa after rejection of visa in interview?
My brother got LMO letter and during interview in Niagara, he was refused visa on grounds of lack of proper lexis in English.
If any where should we re-apply?Thanks

There is nothing to appeal. If the LMO is still valid, he may re-apply but he is going to have to over come the reason of his previous refusal, otherwise he will be refused again.

Is it possible to re-apply to some other Office of Immigration than the office where we were refused? Thanks

It does not matter which visa post you re-apply, the computer system are all connected. You just cannot hide this fact.

When you have a LMO normally all refusals are based on the fact htat you never proved you have the knowledge and experience required to do the work.
