| Subject: TRAVEL OUTSIDE CANADA WHILE IN PROCESS FOR PR!!! |
I have been in process for PR for 16 months now,did medicals and criminal check 9 months ago but still no answer from CIC! I wonder if i could leave Canada for a short time, lets say 2-3 weeks and return back.I have valid OWP and planning to apply for ENTRY VISA before I leave Canada!!

You have a valid Ontario Work Permit. Right?
You cannot apply for an "entry visa" within Canada. There is no such a thing.
If you have a valid multiple entry visa and a valid work permit, you will be fine. If you don´t, you are going to have to apply for a visa either in Buffalo NY or from your home country if there is where you are going to go.

Thanks for reply!!I know I cannot apply for entry visa while in Canada ..I was thinking to apply through either Buffalo or Detroit and when I obtain it to travel then!!
I dont see any reason while would someone with valid entry visa be refused to enter!!Unless did some crimnal act in mean while and been arested!!
