Dear Folks,
I applied for Canadian PR from Berlin CHC. After 2 yrs i changed my contact address to UK , but application was processed in Berlin. Now,
I got my letter for PR approval from Berlin CHC.
I am just wondering about the possibilites of getting visa stamping in London.
Can i send my passport to London CHC for visa stamping?
If not, Can i send my passport to Berlin CHC by post for stamping?

You can call the Canadian High Commission in London for further clarification. But they don´t normally answer the phone (from my own personal experience). If you are located in London you can go there and ask. If not, yes you can send your passport using safe courier service
