Subject: Waiting Time at CIO

Dear Members,

Any one knows how long CIO is taking? I heard that people are waiting since last three months? Initially it was one month as promised.

Is there any difference, if you apply from outside or from Canada?
Someone suggested to apply through a friend or consultant from Canada. Because applicants are getting a quick reply if application posted from Canada.

Frankly I did not believe it. Can any one share there experience.
