i would like to know if i have any chances to apply for skill worker program if 8 years ago i was deported from canada because i didnīt leave voluntarily after refuge claim was denied.
What should I do first Apply for Authorization to Return to Canada or Apply for skill worker Quebec program.
How long should I wait to get the answer Authorization to Return to Canada?

(in reply to: what should i do first?) why would you qualify for an authorization to return and what would it actually give you?
apply as a skilled worker and be done. And, only apply in Quebec if you speak some french and actually intend to live there. Check the NOC codes to make sure you qualify

(in reply to: what should i do first?) exactly that what trying to do , to live in Canada , even I am illegally here but feel happy, because I depending on myself , be smart and learn fast and work hard ,and spend money wisely .
Thanks Merci Sharon and Roy for your great help and sharing your knowledge .
my employer for who Im working almost 6 years ,he is willing to get for me job offer HRSDC, so I will apply as Skill worker with job offer.
My last questin : when I will return to my motherland and apply for Quebec skill worker with job offer approved by HRSDC , should I tell them in my application I been living in Canada for 8 years ,illegally and of coarse working without work permit , does this will kill my chances? Or will make my application stronger?
