Hi All,
I am planning to apply for Permanant Recidence under Federal skilleed worker class - category 2 i.e Arranged Employment.
I have got offer letter from canada company but I read the rules like
"Company has made an offer to hire you on an indeterminate basis if you are accepted as a federal skilled worker, and
has obtained a positive Arranged Employment Opinion from HRSDC "
What is positive Arranged Employment Opinion from HRSDC mean.
How can i check it is positive.
Please help in this regard. Thanks in advance.

The company who is willing to hire you has to apply for an HRDC certificate.
HRDC stands for human resources development of Canada or also known as a Labour Market Opinion.
Your future employer has to demostrate that you have unique set of skills and qualifications and they are unable to find a Canadian or a Permanent Resident to fill that position.
It is a requirement for a work permit and it provides an extra 10 points in your application for Permanent Residence.

I am applying for work visa in ALBERTA Canada i am waiting for LMO and HRSDC. i am waiting for these documents for the since last two weeks. how long it gonna be take to receive the documents. After that how many days it will take to get the work permit visa.
