Is it true that if the study permit application take time...it means that they will approve it ? as some people saying that rejection comes quicker !
Incase of rejection...is there any appeal process ?

Rejection comes quicker...not always.
If it takes loger means that they will approve it?.....No it means nothing. It means that there are more applications in front of yours, OR they are verifying something OR.... it goes on.... Just wait.
In case of a rejection is there any appeal process? No, the officer´s decision is final. Yoy may re-apply though.
