Since there seem to be hurdles for your man to show up here, why not take your parents to Morocco on a family vacation; they get to meet your man and also taste the culture, fruits and culinary of that country? If you are going together, you might get a deal from Airlines. Please try that choice. I heard that the Moroccan moslems are quite friendly and have the traditions of extended families; if so, he and his folks might have a blast hosting your family there for a few days. While there, please go on a desert camel-ride and some cruise shipping too.

he would likely need to show property, family, money in the home bank account and a job that requires him to return. I know it sounds rediculous but that´s the way it is.

did you get legal help with your appeal? that is what lawyers are for... helping sort out the words when they are twisted around.

Hey Sharon
im working on that right now , i felt my lawyer took us for our money , so now my husband wants me to find another lawyer one we can trust n not take us for our money .... we spent between both of $8000.00 to him n lost when we did our appeal he wasn´t sure if he would show for us because he wanted $2000 in 3 days so my husband and i ran around with people we know to get the money together

who told you no problem? the CIC call center? Half of them don´t even know the rules.

It is really easy to blame everyone else for problems. I am a firm believe that 90% of application success is how well the original application is prepared.
