hi thanks for your help in the forum i really need help
1-first i entered in canada with my brother european passeport , 2-now im engage in new relationship and we plan to get married in couple weeks 3-as the new rule for inland sponsorship said you can apply PR in land regardless your immigration(entering in canada without valid passeport or travel document or overstayed) so i do have my valid real passeport it will be big issue with either my first stage approval and my PR application?4-the PR interview is related to what? 5-also as i overstayed and working w/o authorization under my cousin name in usa and got deported under that same name with no criminal issue on groung but i have been fingerprinted by the uscis(us-immigration) but like i said any criminal record at all event no traffic violations, 6-so do you think it will be a big problem either with my AIP or my PR when they will send out my fingerprint to FBI, will FBI response show up my deportation from USA
Note: so waht proof of bona fide marriage do you suggested me to collect and send along my sponsorship
so please help me in this situation i will appreciated

Hello Yaye2009,
While your situation seems to be complicated; it´s not without hope at all.
The inland processing may take longer due to the complexity of your story but at the end , you will have your status, point !
I personnally know a guy who´s been in the USA and I also happen to know that He had a criminal record ( not a minor offence like yours)in the US but he got his status here...
His fingertips came up positive but the CIC officer that was handling his case overlooked that.
Ask around , talk to lawyers, get counselling...but most importantly : APPLY !!!
The longer you wait, the longer you will have to wait to for the outcome...
So, keep your head up, and keep going forward....keep going... no matter what, keep going. And you will get there my friend.
If you can, let us know how your situation evolves, ok ? It´s all going to be allright !

Hi, I am just wondering that I am getting married and I don´t have status in Canada. I was working in Canada for 3 year and then try to apply job after my contract done. I got LMO but got denied for the work permit. Meanwhile I also I apply for extend my visa and thinking to get married because I was engage but my got refused based upon not letting them when I have to go back home. So I went to the immigration and they said that I got 3 month from the date I refused to get married or apply job.
My question is my husband want to apply for the spousal sponsorship but on one of the immigration site saying that I have to keep my status valid but on the other it says that I don´t have to have status in Canada in order to apply inland.
I need some explanation. Thank you
