| Subject: Buffafo waiting timeframe |

Hi all,
I´m a bilingual instructor who applied in Nov 2007 for PR status and received her first mail with file number being created in mid-Jan 2008. I initially arrived in Montreal in Aug 96 as High School student. Then I moved to ON in June 2001. I am getting really worry because since I apply my application is still pending. My instructor contract will end in few days. However, I also offer on-going private tutoring and work Full Time in a Call Center with a Permanent contract since I graduated from my BA (Honours), last June.
So, I don´t know why but I just started worry about my application review. Is there someone who applied in the same time frame then me or even after me who already rec´d response back?
Is there something I should do to get this done faster?

Hi, I just received my PR, after roughly 19 months. I apllied in September 07, got my medical done Oct 08. Did you already receive instructions to do your medical?

nope, I just got two mail from them so far: one being to send me a file number, the other one being to offer me to do the language test.
I haven´t done police and medical check-ups yet. And so I´m worry because one of my two sisters got denied 5 years ago.

Please some one help me
I have applied for Canadian PR
I have received case number 2months back. Now i have bank statements,police verification,FBI Finger printing done last week, so can i send all those to immigration office before they ask me to send. please let me know what to do please ,help me what i should i do wait till they send letter or mail them all docs now it self ,please help me.

Can´t really tell you cz it all depends on what the instructions are. If they say wait for them to send anything, then just wait. There´s a reason to everything and even to patience sometimes. good luck though, sri
