Subject: Possibility of Filing Second Application by spouse
  Hi
I had applied for Skilled worker cat. in August 2008.
Noc Category:-2173 Software Professional at Buffalo,NY.
No responce of my application is recd. till date.
I would like to file another Application on my wife behalf considering her as Principal Applicant.
She is Asst. Professor in Botany working in India.
Her Qualification is P.hD in Botany so please advice that is this possible to file application for Skilled Worker Cat. without withdrawing my application.
