Dear Friends,
I am interested to migrate Canada
My nationality is Indian right now I am working in res visa in Yemen
From the past 3 months
My question is
1. Which visa office is applicable for me London UK or New Delhi India
2. Can I go for simplified application process?

If you have been admitted into Yemen for at least 1 year, you can apply at either CHC, however, if called for an interview you would need to be able to attend it. So, if you apply in London, make sure you will be able to get a visa to travel to London.
But, I have also heard, that for Middle Eastern countries London CHC hold interviews somewhere in the Middle East, so you may just have to travel to that country and again only if called for an interview.
